Meet Our Creative Team

Hi! I’m Tracey! The owner and founder of Tracey’s Little Crochet!

Crafting has always been more than a hobby for me — it’s been a way to slow down, focus, and reconnect with myself. Living with anxiety and ADHD means my mind is often busy, overwhelmed, or pulled in a hundred directions at once. Creating with my hands gives me a sense of calm, purpose, and balance that can be hard to find elsewhere.

Through crafting, I discovered something powerful: creativity can support mental wellbeing in deeply meaningful ways. The simple act of making — whether it’s stitching, painting, designing, or creating something from nothing — can help quiet anxious thoughts, improve focus, and create moments of mindfulness. Crafting encourages us to be present, patient with ourselves, and proud of what we create, no matter how small.

My journey with anxiety and ADHD has shaped not only who I am, but also why I create. I understand what it feels like to struggle with racing thoughts, burnout, self-doubt, and overstimulation. Crafting became a safe space for me — a form of self-expression, self-care, and healing. It helped me build confidence, process emotions, and find joy during difficult times.

This website is a reflection of that journey. I want to share not only my creations, but also the message that creativity can be therapeutic, empowering, and accessible to everyone. You don’t have to be perfect or experienced to benefit from making something with your hands. Sometimes, the process itself is the most important part.

I hope this space inspires others to embrace creativity, support their mental wellbeing, and know they are not alone.
